From
Marco Polo airport, St Marks Square is easily reached either by private water
taxi, or by vaporetto (public
transport). From Saint Mark's Square, guests should turn
right and follow the quay to the Victor Emmanuel monument
before turning left into Campo San Zaccaria. Upon exiting
the square, a right turn into Campo San Provolo should be
taken, until the ‘Devils Bridge’ (Ponte
del Diavolo) is reached.
The Hotel’s entrance should
then be found on the left. More expensive private water
taxis can alternatively be sourced from the airport.
From
Santa Lucia train station, guests should take the number
1 vaporetto, and from the car terminal at Piazzale Roma,
number 51 vaporetto to the San Zaccaria wharf. From there,
enter into Campo San Zaccaria and proceed out the opposite
end and into Campo San Provolo, then proceed as above. It
is again possible to take private taxis from the train station
and car terminal if required.
